Took tooling that had grown organically across teams and consolidated it into platforms with real ownership: version control, review, and a release process. The goal was less about new features than about making the existing stack something people could safely build on.
Brought machine learning into cleanroom inspection, where the bottleneck was human review of microscopy images. The work spanned ingestion and normalization through classification, then out into the quality workflows and reporting that auditors actually read.
Built the capture and standardization layers that let operational data reach enterprise analytics in a usable shape. Pipelines and data marts on one side, UX surfaces on the other, putting results in front of people making decisions.
Connected logistics, procurement, finance, and planning through the ERP rather than around it. Digitizing work orders and vendor onboarding removed a lot of paper, but the durable win was getting these functions to work off the same record.
Supported the stretch between an empty building and a running line: commissioning, readiness tracking, and the daily rhythm of the shopfloor. Much of it was giving teams a shared view of state that had previously lived in spreadsheets and hallway conversations.
Worked on systems that improved technician workflows, asset traceability, field guidance, and hands-on operational tasks. This includes extended reality interfaces, lifecycle tooling, and integrations with IT and finance processes.
One typed HTTP API in front of every major industrial historian (PI, Influx, Wonderware and others) so applications stop writing a bespoke driver per site. Read-only by design, and it ships as a single 22 MB binary an operations team can drop onto a machine without a runtime.

The stack itself covered the service management layer the whole company ran on: incident response and service desk through Jira Service Management and Opsgenie, planning and goals in Wrike, and the low-code and automation platform every function built on.
